When your feelings of sadness, irritability, anxiety or moodiness begin to interfere with your ability to function at work, in social situations, or at home, this may be a sign of a mental health disorder. There are many types and levels of these disorders. Mental Health America of Hawaii offers assistance in getting help through our Help Line and Human Services Resource Directory, and we provide educational seminars, a “Live Your Life Well” workplace stress reduction presentation, and advocacy with the legislature and state agencies.
