Charles W. Mueller, Ph.D. is the 2015 Outstanding Community Leader. He has been a passionate and visionary advocate for children's mental health for over 30 years. He is a Professor, Department of Psychology and Co-Director, the Center for Cognitive Behavior Therapy at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Brenda Kosky is the 2015 Outstanding Adult Consumer Advocate. She overcame depression, homelessness, incarceration and family estrangement to become a beloved and effective mental health advocate for people with severe mental illness. She died in January at age 55 after a brief illness.
