Self-Care & Resilience Trainings
The youth self-care and resilience trainings are designed to provide participants with tips and strategies to manage complex emotions, provide coping skills, identify toxic environments, and maintain a safe mental health space. There are three areas of focus for youth.
Self-Care for Youth: Designed to teach youth tools to help them feel stronger, more hopeful, and able to cope with stress. Ideal for: High school-aged youth and young adults who want to learn tools to take care of their mental health and wellness.
